In Ballroom and Latin there are each five dances. In Argentine Tango four different dances. And there are another four in alternative rhythms that I introduce. Variety keeps the body more flexible, adaptable and develops greater control, as well as delivering the benefits that researchers have found for dancing - better physical and mental health at all ages.
