IDTA Congress 2015 notes on Milonga and Tango Vals.
On Tango nights (milongas) all over the world, dancers hear three types of music: Tango de Salón, Milonga and Vals. Although similar movements can be made, in order to reflect the three styles, both the selection and way that they are danced are usually different. Youlie lectured on the characteristic styles of Milonga and Tango Vals at IDTA Congress 2015. Attached are two files that contain three combinations that reflect the different styles of these two dances.
